Exfoliating using loofahs, washcloths, or brushes can help get rid of any dead skin cells on your back thus getting rid of a lot of useless cells that were not helping your body acne. If you decide to go for a scrub make sure you use the sugar-based ones since those are known to be better for the skin than the salt based ons.

Just take the form of the plant that pleases you and then apply it to your back entirely once you've taken a shower or bath. You should start to notice results after doing this daily for a week or so.

Wear loose fitting clothing of natural fiber. Change your clothes frequently using freshly laundered items. Bacteria that makes acne worse is notorious for harboring in dirty clothing.

Use a Loofah. Since your back is a hard to reach area, the use of a loofah is very helpful. Loofah can actually make a good exfoliating scrub when you are taking a shower. When regularly done, you are getting rid of your dead skin cells, thus minimizing your chances of further developing acne. However, make sure to avoid scrubbing the affected areas roughly. This is to avoid inflammation and further irritation.

Also you should take showers after any activity or exercise that leads to producing too much sweat.

Use anti acne soaps instead of regular soaps. Anti acne soaps and anti bacterial cleansers which are used to cure face acne could be used with back acne as well.

You can also help to heal your back acne faster by using natural medication. Some of it would be tea tree oil and aloe vera. Tea tree oil consists of anti bacterial and anti inflammation properties that can help cure acne and they provide great results.

Since you can not use conventional methods to heal the acne on the back, your body must pick up the slack. Vitamins are essential for your body to fight acne. A couple of the more important vitamins are, Vitamin A, Vitamin B, and Zinc.

If you want to prevent pimples, avoid oily and highly spiced foods like: chicken Kari, mutton Kari, green pepper, red pepper, creams, sweets, sugar, margarine, and cookies etc.

There are a lot of topical products on the market that are available for commercial use. You can avail of these to put on your back. Just make sure that it will be safe to use and that you have done a bit of research prior to using the product. There are a lot of websites that have reviews for skin products.
