It's more affordable to get a filtration device for your water faucet as opposed to drinking expensive spring water... and it tastes the same. Increasing water intake will flush out toxins in your body, build muscle, burn fat, increase energy, and more!

Visceral belly fat is the more dangerous one. It produces and releases into your body tissues molecules that can cause inflammation in other parts of your body. These inflammatory processes can attack your heart, your arteries, and other essential systems. That's how visceral belly fat can lead to disease.

Exercise can be effectively used to lose belly fat fast. An important aspect of exercise is that it not only helps in burning the additional kilos but also facilitates in shaping up the muscles too. Consequently, a person can thus develop the motor skills, fitness and strength of the muscle.

Since you are now eating lower amounts of calories for each of your meals, but at the same time, you can not reduce your caloric intake too much for the whole day, the logical solution to this is to eat MORE meals each day. So, what I recommend you do is to start eating a minimum of 4 small meals daily.

For lunch and dinner, fresh salads, fresh veggies, whole grains, brown rice. Brown rice with steam veggies is great. Before you eat anything in the afternoon try and have a fresh avocado. Slice it in two and eat one half and use the other half in a sandwich. When it comes to meat, lean white meat and fish work great.

Water intake is also a key factor in maintaining the diet. The more we drink water, healthier we become. This is because the water acts as a solvent and helps the stomach to digest the excess fat content present in our body.

Progressively boost up your exercise intensity from week to week. Losing belly fat will require you to incorporate high intensity strength training (HIT). That means progressively increasing your work per unit time. That translates into challenging yourself in the gym. Increase the weight, and reps for each subsequent workout, and watch your waistline tighten up.
